Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants and are also high in fiber. They also have a low glycemic index so they can help with blood sugar control. Coconut milk is high in healthy saturated fat and it is also rich in lauric acid which has antibacterial and antiviral properties.

The blueberry is a small, round, dark purple fruit. It has been used since the 1800s as a natural remedy for many different diseases including urinary tract infections, acne, diabetes, obesity, and more. The coconut milk is made by grating the meat of the coconut and then squeezing out the liquid from it to produce coconut milk. It has been used as an ingredient in many dishes or as a substitute for dairy products like cow’s milk or soy milk because it is rich in healthy saturated fats.
