Sip Herbals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Sip Herbals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and take pictures of them before filing a claim.
We only ship in the United States and Canada at this time.
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. All refunds are subject to a $10 re-stocking fee.
