Shipping and Returns

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days unless your products were pre-ordered. Your pre-order will be shipped within the timeline mentioned in all our emails. We strive to ship quickly and efficiently.

We do not ship on weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if you should expect any delays, we will let you know via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

USPS Standard - Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is $6.95

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Sip Herbals is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.

To start the process, contact us at hello@sipherbals.com. If your request is within reason, meaning there is damage to the product, an incorrect product was sent, please provide a photo for proof. We will review your request and either refund your order or send you a replacement, no questions asked.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us photos at hello@sipherbals.com
